Pozole Verde Recipe

Total Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Jalapenos, Mole Verde Paste, Tomatillos, Cilantro, Serranos, Chicken Bouillon, Salt, Pepper, Chicken Breasts, Chicken Legs, Garlic Cloves, Cumin, Epazote
Instructions:
1. Boil one head of onion and garlic 1 tsp oregano for 20 minutes
2. Add chicken
3. Blend 5 jalapenos, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 1 tbsp oregano, 2 tsp chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/3 cup chopped epazote, 1 tbsp Mole Verde Paste, 6 garlic cloves, 4 tomatillos, 4 cups chicken broth(from boiled chicken) 1 tbsp salt
4. Add sauce to pot of boiling chicken, cook for 45 minutes
5. Add white hominy to pot, cook for additional 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
6. Serve with chopped onion, radish, cabbage, lime and sprinkle oregano
